Sefton Council

Creative Services / Interpretation / Print / Publications

We’ve worked for Sefton Council for 20 years, designing local history books such as The Prehistoric Footprints at Formby, Lost Fort Crosby and Discovering Ravenmeols, working closely with local authors. Sefton Council also commissioned us to edit, design and produce its flagship coffee table book, Sandscape, which tells the the story of the Sefton Coast and those who protect its historic and natural wonders. The project was enabled by the Heritage Lottery Fund and it showcases many eye-catching images.

For Sefton Council, we’ve also designed and managed production of park interpretation and way-marking signage and leaflets for such attractions as Crosby Beach, home to the stunning 100 cast-iron figures that make up sculpture Antony Gormley’s popular Another Place art installation.
